This Privacy Policy explains how personal data collected through the breedcrm.com website and the Breed CRM application is processed, protected, and outlines your rights. By using our services, you are deemed to have accepted this policy.

• Identity Information: First name, last name, email address, phone number
• Account Information: Username, password (encrypted), profile information
• Transaction Information: Payment details, billing address, subscription details

Your personal data is retained for the duration of the service and within the framework of our legal retention obligations. When you close your account, your data is securely deleted at the end of the legally required period.

Only you can connect your Google Calendar or Google Ads account to Breed CRM (with the "Connect" button and Google's consent screen). This section explains how we use the data we receive from Google APIs.

• Google Calendar — data accessed: the email address of your Google account (to show which account is connected) and only the calendar events that Breed CRM creates on your behalf. We do not read or modify your other calendar events.
• Google Calendar — use: to create, update and delete your call schedules, reminders and appointments from the CRM as events in the calendar you choose.
• Google Ads — data accessed: the list of ad accounts you have access to; campaign, ad group, keyword and spend reports; conversion actions.
• Google Ads — use: to match incoming leads to campaigns and report the return on advertising investment (ROI); to upload an offline conversion when a lead becomes a sale; and to apply tracking parameters and campaign status or budget changes only through your own action or an automation rule you have set up.
• Enhanced conversions: if you turn this option on, the email address and phone number of a lead that became a sale are sent to Google only as SHA-256 hashes.
• Retention and security: Google access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted. Google Ads spend data is kept for your reports and is deleted when the project is deleted or at your request. When you disconnect, the tokens are deleted; when you disconnect Google Calendar, you can also choose to delete the events Breed CRM created.
• Sharing: we do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising or transfer it to third parties, except for the infrastructure (hosting) providers needed to deliver the service and where required by law. Google user data is not used to train AI models and is not sent to AI features.
• Human access: our staff do not view your Google user data except with your explicit permission, for a security review, or where required by law.
• Revoking access: you can disconnect on the Settings page in Breed CRM, or remove Breed CRM's access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Breed CRM's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
